将Laplacian 算子应用于四叉树分类之中, 使分类结果更准确, 更具客观性, 与Jacquin的自动分形方法相比, 在压缩比有一定提高的情况下, 信噪比提高了2.56
A Laplacian operator used for Quad tree classifitions is introduced. It can make more accurate and objective classifications and solve the problems of big error in some range blocks. Compared with the Jacquin's method, the proposed approach can raise the PSNR by 2 56 dB under the condition of a higher compression ratio.
