摘要
分析了乙炔在电石渣浆中损失的机制和回收的原理,介绍了内蒙古三联化工集团回收电石渣浆中乙炔的方法及回收效果:以40万t/a PVC计,可节约电石4400-5200t/a。
The mechanisms of acetylene loss in carbidc slag slurry were analyzed as well as the theory of recovering acetylene from carbide slag slurry. The methods which were taken by Inner Mongolia Sanlian Chcmical Industry Group for recovering acctylcnc from carbide slag slurry and the recovery effects were introduced. Taking 40 kt/a PVC production in the group as example, 4 400- 5 200 tons of calcium carbide could be saved per year.
