摘要
目的:建立测定复方丙酸倍氯米松凝胶中丙酸倍氯米松含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为AgilentZORBAX-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(72:28),流速为1.0ml·min^(-1),柱温为30℃,检测波长为240nm。结果:丙酸倍氯米松在1.41~25.38μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.89%。结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
To establish a method for the determination of beelomethasone in compound beelomethasone gel. Method: The Agilent ZORBAX-C18 column ( 250mm × 4.6mm,5μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water ( 72 : 28 ), the flow rate was I. 0ml·min ^-1 ,the column temperature was 30℃ ,and the UV detection wavelength was set at 240 nm. Result: The linear range was within 1.41-25.38μg·ml^- 1 (r = 0. 999 7 ). The average recovery of beclomethasone was 99. 3% with RSD of 0. 89%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, and can be applied in the quantitative control of compound beclomethasone gel.
