摘要
目的建立测定无极膏中丙酸倍氯米松含量的方法。方法采用C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5um），以甲醇·水（75：25）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长240nm，用内标法测定，内标物为醋酸氯地孕酮。结果丙酸倍氯米松在2．09—41．76mg·L^-1范内呈良好线性关系（r=1），平均回收率为100．96％，RSD为1．6％。结论该方法准确，可靠，可用于无极膏的质量控制。
Aim To establish a method for determination of beclomethasone dipropionate in cremor mentholi compositus. Methods C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 um）was used, with methanol-water（75：25 ） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1, and the wavelength of detector was 240 nm. The internal standard was chlormadinone acetate. Results The linear range of beclomethasone dipro- pionate was from 2.09 to 41.76 mg · L^-1 （ r = 1 ）. The average recovery was 100.96% （ RSD = 1.6% ）. Conclusion This method was proved to be simple and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of cremor mentholi compositus.
