摘要
采用我国储粮通风方程CAE拟合测定的小麦、稻谷及玉米平衡水分数据,并绘制这些粮食种类平衡绝对湿度曲线图和平衡相对湿度曲线图,阐明采用平衡绝对湿度图进行通风条件判断较为直观、准确。将参数已知的小麦、稻谷及玉米CAE方程编写成为软件,输入粮食含水率和温度,则可以快速查定粮堆的平衡绝对湿度和露点温度,用作机械通风条件判断。
A moisture sorption equation named CAE was adopted to fit the EMC/ERH data of wheat,paddy and shelled corn,and the parameter-known CAE used for making curve graphs of equilibrium absolute humidity and equilibrium relative humidity of each grain species.The value of grain equilibrium absolute humidity was better for aeration decision than that of grain equilibrium relative humidity.Referring to atmosphere absolute humidity and dewpoint temperature,one can quickly make a decision on grain stack's aeration after checking the grain equilibrium absolute humidity and dewpoint temperature.
