摘要
提出了一种采用谷物薄层干燥数据和具有第3类边界条件的扩散方程确定谷粒内部水分扩散系数的方法,并确定了3个品种玉米粒内部水分扩散系数.结果表明,该方法是可行的,并具有通用性.可供干燥过程模拟和干燥机优化设计中参考.
A method of determination of diffusion coefficient was proposed for grain kernels, in which thin-layer drying experiments and the mass diffusion equation with the convection boundary condition were adopted to determine the diffusion coefficient as a function of temperature and moisture content. The application of the method to corn kernels showed that the results of the experimental data and the method was efficient.
