摘要
提出了一种采用谷物薄层干燥数据和具有第３类边界条件的扩散方程确定谷粒内部水分扩散系数的方法，并确定了３个品种玉米粒内部水分扩散系数．结果表明，该方法是可行的，并具有通用性．可供干燥过程模拟和干燥机优化设计中参考．
A method of determination of diffusion coefficient was proposed for grain kernels, in which thin-layer drying experiments and the mass diffusion equation with the convection boundary condition were adopted to determine the diffusion coefficient as a function of temperature and moisture content. The application of the method to corn kernels showed that the results of the experimental data and the method was efficient.
