摘要
目的 研究氯化镧对变形链球菌的直接抑菌作用。方法 用琼脂稀释法(2％氯化镧和2％氟化钠对倍稀释10个浓度梯度),氟化钠作对照,观察了氯化镧对变形链球菌的直接抑菌作用。结果 氯化镧对变形链球菌的最低抑菌浓度为0.25％,与对照组氟化钠的抑菌浓度相同。结论 氯化镧对变形链球菌有一定的直接抑菌作用。
Objective To study lanthanum chloride inhibiting growth of strep. Mutams. Methods Lanthanum chloride controlled with Natrium Fluoride directly inhibiting growth of Strep. Mutams were studied in serial dilution method. Results MIC of both Lanthanum and Fluoride on Strep. Mutams was 0. 25%. Conclusion lanthanum chloride can directly inhibit growth of strep. Mutams.
