摘要
在水温为20℃~24℃的静水条件下,用硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂(比例5∶2)、亚甲基蓝、敌百虫、高锰酸钾、二氧化氯、次氯酸钙6种常用渔药分别对团头鲂幼鱼进行急性毒性实验。结果表明:6种渔药的安全浓度分别是0.05 mg/L、8.84 mg/L、7.68 mg/L、0.26 mg/L、0.40 mg/L和0.77 mg/L;团头鲂幼鱼对以上药物的敏感性差异较大,敏感性大小依次为铜铁合剂〉高锰酸钾〉二氧化氯〉次氯酸钙〉敌百虫〉亚甲基蓝。
The acute toxicity test of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture(ratio 5∶2),methylene blue,trichlorfon,potassium permanganate,chlorine dioxide,calcium hypochlorite on larval of Megalobrama amblycephale was studied under the conditions of 20 ℃~24 ℃ hydrostatic water.The results showed that safety concentration of the six aquaculture chemicals was 0.05 mg/L,8.84 mg/L,7.68 mg/L,0.26 mg/L,0.40 mg/L and 0.77 mg/L,respectively.Larval of Megalobrama amblycephale showed significant sensitivity to these chemicals which was in descending order of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture(ratio 5∶2),potassium permanganate,chlorine dioxide,calcium hypochlorite,trichlorfon and methylene blue.
