摘要
[目的]为杂交鳢的苗种培育及鱼病防治提供参考。[方法]在室内静水条件下,采用常规生物毒性方法研究6种常见药物(甲苯咪唑、铜铁合剂、硫酸铜、敌百虫、三氯异氰尿酸、甲醛溶液)对杂交鳢的急性毒性效应。[结果]6种药物对杂交鳢的安全浓度分别为硫酸铜0.09mg/L、铜铁合剂0.07mg/L、敌百虫0.17mg/L、三氯异氰尿酸0.36mg/L、甲苯咪唑0.029mg/L、甲醛溶液24.57mg/L;杂交鳢对供试药物的敏感性依次为:甲苯咪唑>铜铁合剂>硫酸铜>敌百虫>三氯异氰尿酸>甲醛溶液。[结论]硫酸铜、敌百虫、三氯异氰尿酸、甲苯咪唑和甲醛溶液对杂交鳢的安全浓度均与常规使用浓度相当或低于常规使用浓度,因此这些药物均可用来防治相应的杂交鳢疾病。
[Objective] The study was to provide the reference for fry rearing and fish disease control of hybrid snakehead. [Method] The acute toxicity effects of 6 kinds of common drug(mebendazole,mixture of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate,copper sulfate,trichlorfon,trichloroisocyanuric acid and formaldehyde solution) on hybrid snakehead were studied with routine biological toxicity method under the condition of indoor with still water. [Result] The safe concentration of 6 kinds of drug on hybrid snakehead was copper sulfate of 0.09 mg/L,mixture of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate of 0.07 mg/L,trichlorfon of 0.17 mg/L,trichloroisocyanuric acid of 0.36 mg/L,mebendazole of 0.029 mg/L and formaldehyde solution of 24.57 mg/L. The sensitivity of hybrid snakehead on the tested drugs in order was mebendazole mixture of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfatecopper sulfatetrichlorfontrichloroisocyanuric acid formaldehyde solution. [Conclusion] The safe concentration of copper sulfate,trichlorfon,trichloroisocyanuric acid,mebendazole and formaldehyde solution on hybrid snakehead was equal or lower than their routine application concentration,so these drugs could be used to control the corresponding diseases of hybrid snakehead.
