摘要
采用N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作交联剂,过硫酸铵作引发剂,通过水溶液聚合法制得了聚(丙烯酸-co-丙烯酰胺)/硅藻土高吸水性复合材料。考察了硅藻土的添加量、丙烯酰胺用量、中和度、引发剂用量以及交联剂用量等对吸水率的影响。得到的最佳反应条件为:中和度为70%,丙烯酰胺、硅藻土、引发剂和交联剂量分别为丙烯酸单体质量20%、10%、0.9%和0.15%。制得的高吸水性复合材料在室温下30 min每克吸蒸馏水约为其自身质量的980 g倍,硅藻土加入量为10%时,高吸水性复合材料的保水性能明显得到增强。
A novel poly(acrylic acid-co-acrylamide)/diatomite superabsorbent composite was synthesized by using N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide as a crosslinker and ammonium persulfate as an initiator in aqueous solution.The effects of the amount of acrylamide,initiator,crosslinker,degree of neutralization of acrylic acid,and diatomite concentration on water absorbency were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were:neutralization degree,70%;acrylamide,20%;diatomite,10%;initiator,0.9%;crosslinker,0.15%,respectively.Water absorbency in distilled water at room temperature for 30min was about 980g/g and the introduced 10% of diatomite could enhance water retention of poly(acrylic acid-co-acrylamide)/diatomite superabsorbent composites.
