非均相酯化催化剂PW_(12)/高岭土的制备及其催化合成异丁酸丁酯 被引量:1

摘要 以高岭土为载体、磷钨酸(PW12)为活性组分制备了非均相酯化催化剂PW12/高岭土,将其用于异丁酸与正丁醇的催化酯化合成异丁酸丁酯,考察了高岭土以及催化剂的焙烧温度、焙烧时间和磷钨酸与高岭土的质量比等因素对异丁酸丁酯酯化率的影响,并采用FTIR技术对载体、活性组分及催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,催化剂适宜的制备条件为:高岭土600℃下焙烧2 h、催化剂250℃下焙烧4 h、磷钨酸与高岭土质量比为2∶1,异丁酸丁酯的酯化率可达96.21%。 In this work,phosphotungstic acid(PW12) supported on kaolin was prepared,which was employed as a heterogeneous esterifying catalyst.The influences of preparing conditions on catalytic performances were carried out through isobutyric acid and n-butanol reacted to form butyl-isobutyrate.Carrier,active component and catalyst were characterized by FTIR techniques.The results showed that calcination temperature of kaolin was 600℃ for 2 h,calcination temperature of catalyst was 250℃ for 4 h,mass ratio was m(PW12):m(kaolin)=2:1.The esterification rate could reach 96.21%.
