摘要
目的：收集我院10年来经手术或／和病理证实的细支气管肺泡癌40例，对其CT表现及病理切片进行分析，发现肺泡癌的CT表现多种多样，是肿瘤不同发展阶段的反映。文中以CT表现结合病理所见进行了分析，解释了不同CT表现的病理基础。结合文献，笔者对细支气管肺泡癌的CT诊断与鉴别诊断进行了讨论。
Purpose: The imaging features of the CT scaning and pathological findings of the large scale tissue sections of 40 cases of brochioalveolar carcinoma with surgical and/or pathological confirmation were reviewed. These cases were collected to the hospital in the past 10 years. It was found that the CT manifestations of bronchioalveloar carcinoma were veriable and the different stagesof its development. The imaging features and the pathological findings were analyzed correlatively and the pathological basis of various CT features was clarified.
