摘要
本文分析了２７例特殊类型肺癌的临床及Ｘ线表现，重点讨论了特殊类型肺癌的影像学特点及鉴别诊断，包括１．隐性肺癌，２．炎症型肺癌，３．空洞型肺癌，４．不规则结节型肺癌，５．钙化及胸腔积液与肺癌。提出因缺少影像学特征表现，仅根据胸片较难作出正确诊断，强调综合检查在诊断中的作用。
Clinical radiological findings in 27 cases of special types pulmonary carcinoma were analysed.Laid special stress on discussion and differential diagnosis the pulmonary carcinoma in special types. Focus form involve recessive innammatory cavernous erratic caleific and exudative. Plain chest films showed no specific findings siressing the affect of synthetic inspection
