浅议我国农村教师专业知识的发展途径

On the Development Path of Rural Teachers' Professional Knowledge

摘要 近年来,我国农村教师专业知识结构有明显的改善与进步,但农村教师专业知识结构仍不健全,已成为教育事业发展的一大障碍。为此,一方面要加大农村教师道德、信念、技能等方面的教育培训;另一方面要充分运用现代教学手段、教学技术和教学策略,促进农村教师内外兼修,完善专业知识结构。 In recent years,our country rural teachers' professional knowledge structure have obvious improvement and progress,but rural teachers' professional knowledge structure is still not perfect,has become an obstacle of the development of education career.Therefore,on the one hand,to enlarge the rural teacher ethics,beliefs and skills training,the education On the other hand,we should fully use modern teaching means,teaching technology and teaching strategies to promote rural teachers inside and outside to hold concurrently to fix,perfect professional knowledge structure.
