摘要
目的调查深圳市血液透析护士健康价值、生活方式及二者的相关性,为临床护理管理提供参考依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、健康价值量表、健康促进生活方式量表,对102名血液透析护士进行问卷调查。结果 12.75%的血液透析护士具有高水平的健康价值;生活方式总分为(130.73±18.65)分;护士的健康价值与生活方式总分呈正相关(r=0.68,P<0.01)。结论血液透析护士的健康价值水平有待提高,且与其健康促进生活方式密切相关。
Objective To explore the status of health - value and lifestyle among hemodialysis nurses in Shenzhen and identify their correlation,in order to provide a scientific basis for clinical nursing management. Methods With general information questionnaire, Health - Value Scale（HVS） and Health - Promo- ting Lifestyle Profile（HPLP） ,a survey was conducted among 102 nurses by convenient sampling method. Results There were 12.75% of the nurses with a high level of health value. The total score of HPLP was （130.73± 18.65）. The score of nurses＇health- value was positively correlated with lifestyle（ r = 0.68, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Nurses＇health value level should be improved and has close relation with health promoting lifestyle.
