摘要
目的：了解综合医院护士群体健康价值水平，探讨其人口学特征对健康价值的影响。方法：采用健康价值量表（Health--Value Scale，HVS）和一般资料调查表，运用整群抽样的方法，对综合医院167名护士群体进行问卷调查。结果：该护士群体的健康价值平均得分为（6．08±1．92）分，高、中、低水平分别占11．55％，50．97％、37．48％；婚姻、年龄、文化程度是影响健康价值的因素，不同人口学特征的健康价值差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论：综合医院护士群体健康价值水平有待提高，护理管理人员应加强对不同人口学特征护士群体的健康教育，提升其健康价值水平，以增进其健康生活理念和身心健康。
Objective： Understood the general hospital nurse community healthy value level, discusses its demography characteristic to the healthy value influence. Methods：Uses the healthy value meter （Health-Value Scale, HVS） and the common material examination table, the utilization group sampling method, carries on the questionnaire survey to the general hospital 167 nurse communities. Results：This nurse community＇s healthy value average score is （6.08±1.92） minute, high, the low--water equal division do not account for 11.55 %, 50.97 %, 37.48% ;The marriage,the age,the years of schooling are the influence healthy value factors, the different demography characteristic healthy value difference has statistics significance （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion：The general hospital nurse community healthy value level pending enhances, the nursing administrative personnel should strengthen to the different demography characteristic nurse community＇s health education, promotes its healthy value level, promotes its health life idea and the physical and moral integrity.
