摘要
利用非稳态传热数学模型计算了防喷器的瞬态温度变化情况,并确定了电磁加热装置的加热功率。同时根据实物测绘结果设计、加工了一套修井作业装置防喷器电磁加热保温系统。结果表明,防喷器表面温度非稳态变化的数值模拟结果与现场测试值吻合较好,所设计制造的防喷器电磁加热保温装置满足了冬季修井作业要求,具有升温快、保温效果好、安全便捷的优点。
The unsteady state mathematic model was utilized to calculate the transient temperature field and determine the heating power of the blow-out preventer(BOP),then a set of thermal insulating system for the BOP was designed and manufactured based on the mapping of the material object.The result shows that the numerical results of the BOP's temperature field agree with the testing values.The thermal insulating system for the BOP by electromagnetic heating meets the needs of the snubbling service in the winter,the system possesses the merits of rapid rate of temperature rise,well thermal insulating,safety and convenience.
