摘要
目的探讨老年食欲不振患者幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染与胃排空的相关性。方法采用胶体金法和13C-辛酸呼气试验法对69例老年食欲不振患者,进行HP检测和胃排空检测。结果 69例患者中幽门螺旋杆菌阳性31例,阴性38例,阳性感染率为44.9%。HP阳性组和阴性组胃半排空时间分别为(244.5min±35.6min和232.4min±36.7min),差异无统计学意义。结论幽门螺旋杆菌感染可能不是导致老年食欲不振的主要因素,且幽门螺旋杆菌感染与胃排空无相关性。
Objective To explore the correlation between HP infection and gastric emptying in old patients with anorexia.Method 69 inappetence patients were detected,dot immunogold filtration assay（DIGFA） was used for testing Hp infection and the gastric emptying was detected by 13C-octanoic acid breath test.Results In 69 cases,HP positive cases were 31 and negative cases were 38,Hp positive rate was 44.9%.The half time of gastric emptying in both positive Hp group and negative group were（244.5±35.6）min and（232.4±36.7）min,respectively,and there were no significant difference.Conclusions HP infection was not main cause of old people anorexia,and there was no correlation between HP infection and gastric emptying.
