摘要
报道了用拉曼光谱法测定紫外线诱变脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)前后的拉曼散射结果。实验结果表明,经过紫外线诱变以后,A- DNA型结构特征谱线810cm -1 减弱;分别反应脱氧核糖磷酸盐链振动和C- O 伸缩振动的谱带884cm -1 和1010cm -1 、1068cm -1 都有不同程度的减弱;属于脱氧核糖在1468cm -1 处的谱线显著减弱;还有个别碱基谱带出现(在670cm -1 处的胸腺嘧啶T) 、增强( 在1304cm -1 处的腺嘌呤A)和消失(在652cm -1 处的胸腺嘧啶T)、减弱( 在1526cm -1 处的鸟嘌呤G和胸嘧啶C)。
The results of Raman scattering of solid deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA) obtained at the fore and aft induced by ultraviolet radiation by Raman spectroscopy are reported.the experimental results show that structural marker line of A DNA conformation at 810cm -1 decreases,the Raman bands assigned respectively to deoxyribose phosphate and C O stretch at 884cm -1 and 1010cm -1 、1068cm -1 all decrease differently degree,one Raman peak from deoxyribose at 1468cm -1 decreases markedly,the marker band of some base appears(thymine at 670cm -1 )、increases(adenine at 1304cm -1 )and disappears(thymine at 652cm -1 )、decreases(guanine and sytosine at 1526cm -1 ),after DNA is induced by ultraviolet radiation.
