摘要
生态文明建设是破解我国经济社会发展中日趋强化的资源环境约束突出问题的有效途径。社会主义生态文明建设主要涵盖先进的生态伦理、发达的生态经济、完善的生态制度、基本的生态安全和良好的生态环境等。推进社会主义生态文明建设,必须加快推进节能减排,着力发展循环经济;积极应对气候变化,切实加大生态保护力度;积极提升科技创新能力,加快建立完善有关法律制度;大力弘扬生态文化,积极培育绿色文化。
The construction of ecological civilization is an effective way to solve the conspicuous problem of the increasingly intensified resource environment restraints in the process of economic and social development in China.The construction of ecological civilization mainly covers advanced ecological ethics,developed ecological economy,perfected ecological system,basic ecological safety and good ecological environment,etc.To promote socialist ecological civilization,we must accelerate energy saving and discharge reduction,and make a great effort to develop recycling energy;actively respond to climate change,and effectively increase ecological protection;actively upgrade technological innovation,and quicken the establishment and perfection of concerned law system;vigorously enhance ecological culture and actively cultivate green culture.
