摘要
本文介绍了在ＥＱ６１００ 发动机上气门异响故障的试验研究。主要试验了在不同气门间隙和测点时的故障信号，并用时域、频域分析法进行了分析比较，找出了气门间隙异响故障的频率特性及判断依据。试验证明用振动检测技术可以诊断发动机的气门异响故障。
This paper introduces the test results of abnormal engine valve sound on Model EQ6100 engine.The trouble signals at different valve clearances and test points are mainly tested.Spectral Analysis is used to analyze them.Frequency characteristics and identifying method of abnormal engine valve sound are brought out.The results show that vibration monitor can diagnose the troubles of abnormal valve sound.
