摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,它的发生发展是多基因协同作用的结果。相关基因遗传多态性,特别是易感基因遗传多态性使人具有不同的乳腺癌易感性。这些多态位点可以作为发病风险的生物标记进而用于个体化预防策略的制定。本文简要介绍了乳腺癌易感基因及易感位点的研究进展,并对应用这些基因及位点的多态性于乳腺癌的个体化预防前景进行了初步探讨。
The development of breast cancer, which is one of the most common cancers among women, is a complex process with interaction of multiple factors and stages. The genetic polymorphism, especially susceptive genetic polymorphism, is the main reason that leads to different breast cancer susceptibility in individuals. Therefore, the relative polymorphism loci could be used as biomarkers in making the strategies for individualized prevention. In this paper, we make a brief introduction of research in breast cancer susceptive genes and polymorphism sites and make a discussion on the prospects of application of these gene and susceptive loci in individualized prevention.
