摘要
目的探讨脱嘌呤脱嘧啶核酸内切酶/氧化还原因子(APE1/Ref-1)蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法利用组织芯片技术和免疫组化EnVision法检测APE1/Ref-1蛋白在99例胃癌组织中的表达。其中,无淋巴结转移者27例,有淋巴结转移者72例。结果 APE1/Ref-1在胃癌中的阳性表达率为63.64%。其在无淋巴结转移者为37.01%,明显低于有淋巴结转移者的73.61%(P<0.05)。结论 APE1/Ref-1可能通过对增强胃癌组织DNA碱基损伤的修复而参与了胃癌的浸润及转移的机制。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of APE1/Ref-1 protein in gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression of APE1/Ref-1 protein was detected by EnVision immunohistochemical method in tissues-microarry in 99 cases of gastric carcinoma with lymphatic metastasis（grop A,72 cases） and without（group B,27 cases）.Results The positive expression rate of APE1/Ref-1 in gastric carcinoma tissues was 63.64%,which was higher in group A than that in group B（73.61% vs.37.01%）（P0.05）.Conclusion APE1/Ref-1 may participate in the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma through enhancing DNA base excision repair.
