APE/Ref-1与妇科肿瘤的研究

摘要 无嘌呤无嘧啶核酸内切酶(APE)又名氧化还原因子1(Ref-1),是一种多功能蛋白,除了修复AP位点外,还保持很多转录因子的活性还原状态,对维持DNA的稳定和调节细胞因子的表达具有重要作用。目前国内外研究发现APE/Ref-1蛋白在细胞中的表达部位与妇科肿瘤的发生、发展及预后有关,而APE/Ref-1蛋白表达水平的改变与妇科肿瘤放疗的敏感性有关。 Apyrimidinic purine endonuclease(APE),also known as redox factor-1(Ref-1),was a multifunctional protein,in addition to repair AP sites,which played an important role to maintain activity deoxidize state of the transcription factors,the stability of DNA and regulation of the cytokines expression.The recent study found that there was relationship among the expression location of APE/Ref-1 and initiation,development,prognosis in gynecologic neoplasms.The change of APE/Ref-1 expression had relationship with the sensitivity of gynaecology neoplasms radiotherapy.
