摘要
针对京沪高铁南京南站站房工程使用的大型钢结构中60mm板厚Q390C-Z15钢材料进行了组织、性能和焊接性预测研究。结果显示,Q390C-Z15钢材各项力学性能符合标准要求。显微组织观察钢母材的带状组织具有明显的各向异性。通过计算,对钢的冷裂纹敏感性进行了预测,冷裂纹敏感指数P_c=0.36,显示Q390C-Z15钢具有-定的冷裂倾向,从而为大厚度Q390C-Z15钢在工程中的焊接提供了技术依据。
The microstructure,properties and prediction on the weldability were studied for the 60 mm thick Q390C-Z15 steel used in the large steel structures of Nanjing South Railway Station housing project of Beijing-Shanghai express railway.The results show that the mechanical properties of Q390C-Z15 steel meet the standards.Analyses on the microstructures show that the banded structure in base metal presents the obvious anisotropy.The cold cracking sensitivity of Q390C-Z15 steel was predicted by calculation,and its index Pc =0.36.,which indicates that Q390C-Z15 steel has a certain tendency to cold cracking.The studied can provide technical basis for the welding of Q390C-Z15 with large thickness in projects.
