摘要
介绍了预测高强钢焊接预热温度的方法及其应用特点,重点对评定高强钢焊接冷裂敏感性常用的斜Y形坡口焊接裂纹试验方法进行衍化,以期成功评定工程应用中的高强钢多种焊接结构的焊接冷裂敏感倾向,确定生产应用的焊接预热温度。工程实践证明,衍化形式的焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验确定的预热温度,可以应用在实际焊接中,并且能够避免冷裂纹的出现。
In order to assess the cold cracking tendency and predict the preheat temperature of high strength steel welded structure in engineering applications,the method to predict preheat temperature of the high-strength steel and its application characteristics were introduced.especially focus on the derivation of inclined Ygroove cracking test method which is common used for the assessment of cold cracking susceptibility of high-strength steel.Engineering practice has proved that the derivation of cold cracking susceptibility test can be used to determine the preheating temperature in the practical welding to avoid cold cracking.
