子宫切除术后继发腹膜后脓肿致肠梗阻1例CT表现 被引量：2

摘要 腹膜后间隙炎症及脓肿临床并不少见，但脓肿挤压肠管导致肠梗阻罕见报道，现报告1例如下。 病例介绍 患者，女，47岁，因子宫肌瘤经量增多3年余，加重半年，入院行全子宫切除，术后4天出现高热，最高达41°C。下腹部肌紧张，压痛、反跳痛，以左下腹为重。
