摘要 目的探讨急性胰腺炎累及腹膜后间隙的CT表现,结合解剖学基础为临床急性胰腺炎的影像学诊断提供参考。方法收集经临床和实验室检查等证实为急性胰腺炎的病例26例,回顾性分析其累及腹膜后间隙的CT特征,CT检查包括平扫和增强后门静脉期扫描。结果解剖区域的不同,炎症在腹膜后不同间隙内(肾旁前间隙、肾周间隙和肾旁后间隙)呈现不同的分布特点和相应的CT特征;炎症的跨间隙蔓延现象较普遍。结论CT检查可以全面、准确显示急性胰腺炎累及腹膜后间隙炎症蔓延范围和部位。 Objective To investigate the CT imaging features of acute pancreatitis which involve retroperitoneal space in correlation of radiological anatomy. Methods Retrospective analysis of 26 patients with acute pancreatitis were underwent CT plain scanning and portal venous acquisition. Results Depending on the specific anatomic locations, retroperitoneal inflammation of different subspaces demonstrated characteristic imaging features. Spreading of inflammatory process across subspaces was also quite common. Conclusion It is effective image method to depict acute pancreatitis clearly and accurately by CT scan, also to identify the position and extent in retroperitoneal spaces.
