摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy,LC)的手术技巧以及如何避免体内钛夹残留。方法:回顾性分析112例LC手术。结果:中转开腹1例,中转率0.89%,无胆管损伤、胆漏及术后腹腔内出血等并发症,无钛夹残留。结论:准确精细的分离技术是避免胆管损伤的关键,应用超声刀和丝线结扎法可以避免钛夹残留。
Objective To investigate the surgical skills of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） and how to avoid retaining titanium clips in abdomen.Method The clinical data of 112 cases underwent LC were analyzed retrospectively.Results One case was converted to open procedure,the convertion rate was 0.98%,no complications such as bile duct injury,bile leakage or postoperative hemorrhage were found,no titanium clips were retained.Conclusion The precise separation is the key to avoid bile duct injury,the application of ultrasonic scalpel and silk ligature could avoid retaining titanium clips.
