摘要
目前 ,大量描述企业各层次过程的建模方法 ,均缺乏必要的性能分析手段 ,往往只依赖于建模分析人员的经验和规则。而对过程的成本和时间的定量分析 ,在经营过程重构中所起到的作用非常有限。本文研究了过程模型与成熟的项目管理手段之间的相互映射关系 ,以过程模型作为企业进行项目管理时制定计划的基础 ,提高项目计划的科学性 ,同时也从项目管理角度分析了企业的经营过程 ,介绍了过程管理与项目管理的集成方法。
There are several kinds of process modeling methods including IDEF3, ARIS,RAD and DFD, etc. However, Non of them can give a satisfied methodoloical method to do process analysis. At the same time, getting the work breakdown structure(WBS) and the schedule of a complex project is a hard work. In this paper, we dicuss an integrating framework of process management and project management. Then an information mapping method between them is presented. Based on them, we can get WBS easily for project management and at the same, project management method can help us do process analysis and reengineering.
