摘要
目的:了解广州市精神病院门诊抗癫痫药物利用情况.方法:调查1405O张处方,其中含抗癫痫药的1210张,采用世界卫生组织(WHO)建议的限定日剂量(Defined Daily Dose,DDD)和药物利用指数(Drug Utilization Index,DUI)为指标进行分析.结果;①平均药物利用指数均在1.OO左右,个别药物DUI值达1.81;②使用频度排在前三位的依次为丙戊酸、卡马西平和苯妥英钠;③合并二药以上占49.42%.结论:该院门诊抗癫痫药物利用基本合理,建议尽可能单一用药,减少合并用药.
To study the use of the antiepileptic drugs in the outpatient departments of Guangzhou Mental Hospital, defined daily dose (DDD) and drug utilization index (DUD were employed to analyze the 14 050 prescriptions. Our results showed that average DUI was about 1.00 (Maximum = 1.81). The drugs with higher frequency of use were volproic acid, carbamazepine and phenytoin sodium. The combined therapy of the drugs accounted for approximately 49.2%. It is concluded that the use of the antiepileptic drugs in the department was reasonable. It is recommended that the single drug be used and combinde therhcpies be avoided when possible.
