基于改进正交设计法的电磁轨道炮仿真试验研究 被引量:4

Research on Simulation Experiment for Electromagnetic Railgun Based on Improved Orthogonal Design Method

摘要 为了分析多种因素共同作用时对电磁轨道炮性能的影响,提出了一种改进的正交试验设计方法。通过将先验知识引入正交表的构造过程,大大减小了正交表的维数,节省了试验费用和时间。运用改进的正交表,以炮口动能、出口速度和残余电流为指标对电磁轨道炮进行仿真试验,分析了放电时序、轨道长度及组件质量等10个因素共同作用对指标的影响。分析结果表明组件质量、轨道长度对指标的影响很大,放电时序总体影响较小,并且处于中间的放电时序影响最小。 To analyze multiple factors working together for the influence on the performance of electromagnetic railgun,an improved orthogonal design method was proposed.The introduction of prior knowledge to the process of constructing orthogonal table greatly reduced the dimension of the orthogonal table and saved the experiment time and cost.Simulation experiment based on the improved orthogonal table was conducted for railgun system using muzzle kinetic energy,launch velocity and remainder current as index.Analysis was given for the influence of the ten factors such as trigger delay times,rail length and launch components mass working together on the proposed index.The results show that the launch components mass and the rail length have great impacts on the index,while the impact of the trigger delay times is relatively small.The trigger delay times in the middle has the least impact.
