摘要
常规土酸体系与矿物反应速度快、酸液的有效距作用离短和容易产生二次沉淀;新的深部酸化工艺可以在一定程度上增加酸液的穿透距离,但工艺繁琐,且仍然不能解决沉淀、堵塞问题。针对以上问题,2010年我厂引进多氢酸酸化工艺,本文通过对多氢酸酸液体系的性能研究,总结出了多氢酸酸液体系诸多优越性,并在现场进行试验,取得了较好的现场应用效果。
The conventional mud acid system and mineral reaction speed,acid and effective action at a distance from the short and easy to produce secondary precipitation;new deep acidification process can increase the acid to some extent,the penetration distance,but the process cumbersome,and still can not solve the precipitation,congestion.To solve the above problem,the 2010 introduction of our factory processes more acid is hydrogen,this hydrogen by multiple properties of sour fluid system,summed up many more advantages of hydrogen acid fluid system,and tested in the field,made more good field application.
