摘要
目的探讨氧化乐果中毒致肺损伤大鼠血清TNF-α浓度与肺组织TNF-α表达与肺损伤程度的相关性以及TNF-α浓度与肺组织TNF-α表达的相关性。方法 90只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:空白对照组(A组)、染毒组(B组),A组30只,B组60只。B组大鼠氧化乐果灌胃染毒(45mg/kg),A组大鼠生理盐水灌胃作为空白对照。分别于染毒或生理盐水灌胃后30min、3h、6h、12h、24h、48h处死大鼠,测定各组肺系数、血清TNF-α浓度、肺组织TNF-α表达水平。结果血清TNF-α浓度、肺组织TNF-α表达水平与肺系数呈正相关(г分别为0.93,0.91);血清TNF-α浓度与肺组织TNF-α表达水平呈正相关(г=0.96)。结论氧化乐果中毒致肺损伤大鼠血清TNF-α浓度及肺组织TNF-α水平与肺损伤程度呈正相关,TNF-α浓度与肺组织TNF-α水平呈正相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between the blood serum tumor necrosis factor（TNF）-α concentrations and severity of lung injury,TNF-α level of lung tissue and severity of lung injury,the blood serum TNF-α concentrations and TNF-α level of lung tissue of folimat poisoning-induced lung injury in rat.Methods Ninety healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups：group A（control,30 rats）,group B（omethoate gavage exposure,60 rats）.All the rats in group B were treated omethoate by gavage（45mg/kg）.Rats in group A were treated normal saline by gavage.Then killed the rats at designated observing point,determine the lung coefficient,blood serum TNF-α concentration and TNF-α level of lung tissue.Results The existing correlation（г）between serum TNF-α concentration and lung coeff icient,TNF-α level of lung tissue and lung coefficient was 0.93,0.91 respectively,and the correlation（г）between serum TNF-α concentration and TNF-α level of lung tissue was 0.96.Conclusion Lung injury of rats induced by omethoate poisoning show positive correlation between serum TNF-α concentration and TNF-α level of lung tissue,between serum TNF-α concentration,TNF-α level of lung tissue and lung coefficient.
