摘要
目的:探讨吸入马拉硫磷对小鼠肺脏的形态学影响。方法:分别采用高、中、低剂量的马拉硫磷静式吸入染毒小鼠,90 d剖检,观察肺脏并切取肺组织制片、HE染色,进行病理学观察。结果:马拉硫磷染毒组均出现轻重不等的肺损伤,表现为肺充血、水肿、炎细胞浸润,高剂量组小鼠肺组织可见坏死灶等病理变化。结论:吸入马拉硫磷对小鼠肺组织造成一定程度的损伤。
Objective: To investigate the effect of malathion inhalation on mice pulmonary morphology.Methods: Static inhalation of malathion at different dosage( high,moderate,low) was conducted in poisoned mice. After dissection on 90 d,the pulmonary tissue was observed,and harvested for slicing and HE staining before pathological observation. Results: Malathion poisoned mice had pulmonary injuries at different severity levels,and the symptoms were pneumonemia,edema,inflammatory cell infiltration,as well as pathological alterations,such as necrosis region in mice at high malathion dosage. Conclusion: Malathion inhalation caused mice pulmonary injuries to a certain extent.
