摘要
介绍一个光电检测系统。应用这个系统对干涉条纹进行扫描和微机处理,运用FFT方法把干涉条纹间距量变换为频域量,有效地消除了散斑噪声干扰,相当方便地得到干涉条纹间距,实现了干涉条纹间距的自动检测。
An Opto-electronic testing system is presented in the paper. Interference fringes are scanned by this system and processed by the microcomputer. The gaps between interference fringes are converted into quantities in frequency domain by FFT method, thus the speckle noise disturbance can be effectively eliminated, and the space between interference fringes can be conveniently obtained. The auto-testing space between interference fringes is realized.
