摘要
目的 探讨介入性鼻泪管支架置入术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效。方法 采用Ｓｏｎｇ ６０１ 型鼻泪管支架组套，经鼻侧逆行置入支架治疗鼻泪管阻塞５ 例。结果 技术成功率１００ ％ 。术后即刻造影鼻泪管通畅。１ 例术后１ 周出现再堵塞，其余４ 例溢泪症状完全缓解。随访５ ～１２ 个月，１ 例４ 个月后复发，另３ 例保持通畅至今。结论 鼻泪管支架置入术是治疗鼻泪管阻塞简单有效的方法。
Objective To discuss the clinical results of interventional placement of nasolacrimal stent in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods Using song 601 nasolacrimal duct stent set,5 polyurethane stents were placed in 5 patients with epiphora secondary to obstruction of the nasolacrimal duct in retrograde fashion through nasal cavity.Results Technical success rate was 100%.The dacryocystography after stenting immediately demonstrated patency of nasolacrimal duct.The epiphora was completely resolved in 4 cases while one occluded again at 7 days after stenting.During the follow up of 5 to 12 months,one case appeared the recurrence of epiphora,the other three maintained complete resolution.Conclusion The interventional nasolacrimal stent placement technique is simple,safe and effective in treatment of nasolacrimal system obstruction.
