摘要
在世界经济缓慢回升的情况下,中国经济仍保持快速增长,无疑给一贯注重服务质量和顾客导向的饭店业员工带来更大的压力。本研究的目的是探讨工作压力源与员工健康之间的关系,并以6家高星级饭店271名员工为研究对象,采用SPSS11.5对数据进行处理。研究结果表明:工作压力源对员工身体不健康有预测性;回归分析显示超负荷工作量和人际冲突对员工各种身体不健康因素有显著影响。
In the context of slow recovery of global economy,the continuous rap id growth of China＇s economy has undoubtedly caused greater pressure on the emp loyees of the hotels who emphasize service quality and customer-orientation.Th e objectives of the paper are to explore the relationship between the source of work pressure and employees health.The paper takes 271 employees of 6 high star-rated hotels as research objects and uses SPSS 11.5 to deal with the data.The results have indicated that the source of work pressure resulting in the ill he alth of employees is predictable and overloaded workload and interpersonal confl icts have obvious impacts on various ill health of employees.s.
