稠油开采注汽管道保温层的优化 被引量:8

Optimization of insulating layer of stream injection pipe for heavy oil production

摘要 注入蒸汽是稠油开采的主要技术手段,为了减少蒸汽的散热损失,对注气管道进行保温处理,目前普遍存在保温材质选用不当、保温结构不合理等问题。基于现场保温效果测试和筛选优化,确定保温结构采用双层复合硅酸盐+强化高温塑料管壳,保温层厚度取100mm,同时对阀门、卡箍、管托进行保温处理。实施改造措施后,注汽管道的热损失降至150W/m2以下,千米损失率在3%以内,热损失控制在国家标准规定的范围之内,减少了稠油开采中的注汽损耗。 Stream injection is the main production technology for heavy oil.In order to decrease heat loss of stream,insulating treatment to stream pipeline is necessary,however,there are some problems like unfitted insulation material,unreasonable insulation structure in the work.Based on insulating effectiveness test,selection and optimization in site,the insulation structure with double-layer of composite silicate plus reinforced high-temperature resistant plastic case is determined,and its thickness of insulating layer is 100 mm.Insulating over valve,pipe clamp and pipe bracket are made.By means of the insulation,heat loss of steam pipeline lowers down to 150 W/m2,loss rate/km of pipeline is controlled within 3%,and the total heat loss is kept at the national standard.Finally,stream loss is decreased for heavy oil production with those insulation treatments.
