摘要
现阶段,国产保温软管尚无先例应用于海底管道,因此必需研究保温软管的结构形式及保温效果,以保证应用于海底管道的国产保温软管能够满足油田正常生产期间的安全输送要求。论文主要针对某海上油田软管输送的保温要求,进行了软管保温效果测试的实验方案设计,并分别进行了实验;通过实验获得了软管样管的总传热系数,为国产保温软管的应用打下了基础。
There is no precedent for the application of domestic insulation flexible pipeline in subsea engineering currently. It is necessary to study structure form and insulation effect of the insulation flexible pipeline in order to ensure that the domestic insulation flexible pipeline can meet the security requirements of oil transportation during normal production. Experiments of investigating insulation effect is designed and carried out, and overall heat transfer coefficient of domestic subsea flexible pipeline is obtained.
