摘要
从著作权、商标权等角度,分析了建筑物的知识产权属性,指出了建筑物特别是标志性建筑物本身可以作为著作权、商标权以及非物质文化遗产的载体,并分析了其运作方式。
This paper analyzes the intellectual property of the building from the copyright, trademark right and other points of view. Then the article points out that the building itself can act on the carrier of the copyright, trademark right, and the intangible cultural heritage. Lastly, the article analyzes its mode of operation.
