摘要
知识产权运用是知识产权制度的重要组成部分,国家知识产权战略纲要将知识产权运用能力的提升作为知识产权工作的重点。从知识产权角度分析,标志性建筑物本身可以作为著作权、商标权以及非物质文化遗产的载体,因此,可以对标志性建筑物所涉及的著作权、商标权等多种知识产权加以充分利用以实现其最大使用价值。
The use of intellectual property rights is an important part of the intellectual property system, and the National Intellectual Property Strategy enhances the ability to use intellectual property as a focus of intellectual property rights. From the perspective of intellectual property, a landmark building itself can serve as a landmark copyright, trademark, and the carrier of the intangible cultural heritage, so it is reasonable to make full use of intellectual property rights of landmark buildings to achieve the maximum value.
