目的:评价IFN-γ、IL-18和IL-13在早期梅毒细胞免疫中的作用。方法:采用DAbSELISA法检测50例早期梅毒患者和52例健康人血清IFN-γ、IL-18和IL-13水平。结果:早期梅毒组IFN-γ、IL-18和IL-13水平高于对照组(P<0.05);一期梅毒组IFN-γ、IL-18水平高于二期、早期潜伏梅毒组和对照组(均P<0.05),二期梅毒组IL-13水平高于一期梅毒组和对照组(P<0.01),低于早期潜伏梅毒组(P<0.05);RPR试验滴度与IFN-γ、IL-18和IL-13不相关(P>0.05);IFN-γ和IL-13负相关(P<0.05),IFN-γ和IL-18正相关(P<0.01),IL-18和IL-13不相关(P>0.05)。结论:早期梅毒血清IFN-γ、IL-18和IL-13的变化可能是导致早期梅毒发生Th1/Th2免疫应答失衡的重要原因。
Objective: To assess the role of IFN -γ, IL - 18 and IL - 13 in the cellular immunity of early syphilis. Method: The serum levels of IFN -γ, IL - 18 and IL - 13 were measured by DAbS - ELISA in 50 patients with early syphilis and 52 healthy individuals. Results: The serum levels of IFN - γ, IL- 18 and IL- 13 were higher in early syphilis than in control group ( P 〈0.05), serum level of/FN-γ and IL- 18 was higher in primary syphilis than in secondary syphilis, early latent syphilis and control group (P 〈 0.05). The serum level of IL- 13 was higher in secondary syphilis than in primary syphilis and control group ( P 〈 0.01), but lower than in early latent syphilis ( P 〈 0.05) ; The titer of RPR test was not correlated with the serum levels of IFN - γ, IL- 18 and IL - 13 ( P 〉 0.05) ; The correlation was negative between IFN- γand IL- 13 ( P 〈 0.05), positive between IFN- γ and IL- 18 ( P 〈0.01). There was no correlation between IL- 18 and IL- 13 ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: The changes of IFN- γ, IL- 18 and IL- 13 may be involved in the imbalance of Th1/Th2 immune responses in early syphilis.
