摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗脾虚湿热型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效,及其对血小板计数的影响。方法:将94例脾虚湿热型UC患者分为中西医结合治疗组(ZX组)33例、中药组(Z组)30例、西药组(X组)31例。ZX组采用口服自拟敛溃汤和柳氮磺胺吡啶片,并配合静脉滴注丹参注射液,Z组采用口服敛溃汤,X组采用口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片,3组均治疗8周后观察临床症状、肠镜下黏膜情况以及血小板计数变化情况。结果:8周后临床疗效与降低血小板计数方面ZX组均优于Z组与X组。结论:中西医结合治疗UC疗效显著,降低血小板水平可能是其治疗UC的机制之一。
Objective：To observe the combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine on ulcerative colitis（UC） with the virtual of spleen insufficiency and its effects on platelet count.Methods：94 UC patients with the virtual of spleen insufficiency were divided into the combined treatment group（ZX group） 33 cases,Chinese medicine group（Z group） 30 cases,and WM group（X group） 31 cases.ZX group received oral ZiNi LianKuiTang and sulfasalazine tablets,and with intravenous infusion of Danshen injection,Z group were treated with oral ZiNi LianKuiTang,X group were treated with oral sulfasalazine tablets,the 3 groups were treated for 8 weeks,the clinical symptoms,endoscopic mucosal conditions and changes in platelet count were observed before and after treatment.Results：After 8 weeks,about the clinical efficacy and reduced platelet counts,ZX group was better than Z group and X group.Conclusion：There was a significant effect on UC with integrative medicine,reducing platelet levels may be one of the mechanisms of its treatment of UC.
