摘要
目的:观察健脾消癥法治疗晚期复治大肠癌的疗效。方法:将入选的64例患者分为单纯中医药组(A)18例、中医药配合化疗组(B)24例和单纯化疗组(C)22例,21天为1个疗程,观察3个疗程,评估患者治疗前后体力状况、体重及临床症状,检测NK细胞活性及T淋巴细胞亚群,并对患者生存期进行随访。结果:A组及B组患者NK、CD4/CD8较治疗前明显增高(P<0.05);3组对比,A组及B组NK细胞、CD4/CD8治疗后与C组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);A组患者卡氏评分及体重均较治疗前增加,腹痛、便血、腹泻症状可明显改善,与C组比较有明显差异;并且应用中药的患者骨髓抑制情况及消化道反应明显轻于单纯化疗组;随访1年,仍生存者A组及B组优于C组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾消法治疗晚期复治大肠癌可明显改善患者免疫功能状态,提高患者生存质量,延长患者生存期。
Objective：To observe the effect of treating advanced colorectal cancer patients with the method of invigorating spleen and resolving mass.Method：64 selected patients were divided into three groups： the simple traditional Chinese medicine group（A） had 18 cases, the traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group （B） had 24 cases and the chemotherapy alone group （C） had 22 cases,21 days of treatment was a course, observation for 3 courses, assessed physical condition, body weight and clinical symptoms before and after treatment, detected the activity of NK cell and T lymphocyte subsets, and followed up the life cycle of patients. Result：The level of NK and CD4/CD8 in the simple traditional Chinese medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group was significantly higher than that before treatment （P〈0.05）; the differences in the level of NK and CD4/CD8 between the groups of the simple traditional Chinese medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group and the chemotherapy alone group comparing was significant comparing among 3 groups （P〈0.05）; the KPS and body weight of the simple traditional Chinese medicine group increased compared with before treatment,the symptoms of abdominal pain, blood in the stool,diarrhea can be significantly improved, compared with the chemotherapy group the difference was significant;the bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal conditions of patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine were significantly lighter than the chemotherapy group;followed up for 1 year, survivors in the traditional simple Chinese medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group were superior to the chemotherapy alone group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Treating advanced colorectal cancer with the method of invigorating spleen and resolving masscan can significantly improve the immune fimction, improve the quality of life of patients and prolong the life cycle of patients.
