用振荡波电压法检测含有缺陷的10kV交联聚乙烯电缆接头实验 被引量:9

摘要 10kV交联聚乙烯电缆中间接头是极易引发故障的部位,分析振荡波电压法检测电缆接头各类缺陷的有效性具有重要意义。对冷缩式电缆中间接头分别制作了误用绝缘带、飞边以及水膜3类缺陷,并利用振荡波测试系统进行高压测试,测试结果表明振荡波测试系统对接头误用绝缘带缺陷反应最灵敏,但无法检测出接头含有飞边与水膜的情形。利用有限元法对制作的缺陷进行电场仿真,仿真结果表明有这些缺陷的电缆接头电场都发生不同程度的畸变,同时证明振荡波电压法不能有效检测出接头飞边与水膜这2类缺陷。 Joints of 10 kV XLPE cables can easily lead to faults,therefore it is of great significance to analyze effectiveness of various defects with oscillating wave voltage.Three defects,such as misuse of insulating tape,flap edge and water film of cold shrink cables are given and high voltage test is conducted by use of oscillating wave voltage.The test result shows that oscillation test system acquires highest sensitivity to misuse of insulating tape,but it is unable to inspect the flap edge and water film.Electric field simulation is applied to the defects by use of finite element model and the simulation result shows that there is more or less distortion of electric field in these defective joints and the oscillating wave voltage method can not effectively inspect such defects as flap edge and water film.
