江西省主要外来猪种氟烷基因分布频率的初步研究 被引量:5

The Preliminary Study on Distributive Frequencies of Halothane Gene in Three Major Introduced Pig Breeds in Jiangxi Province

摘要 从耳组织提取基因组DNA,利用PCR- RFLP技术检测了江西省三个主要外来猪种杜洛克97 头、长白102 头、大约克140 头共339 头种猪的氟烷基因型。结果表明:在所有三个品种中均没有检测到隐性纯合子nn;显性纯合子NN 和杂和子Nn 在上述三个品种中的基因型频率分别为95 .88% ,97.06 % ,91.43 % ,4.12 % ,2 .94% ,8 .57% ;等位基因n 的基因频率在上述三个品种分别为2 .06 % ,1.47% ,4 .29 % ,均显著低于国外同品种测定值,明显低于国内其他地方的报道。还分析了形成这种品种间和地域间氟烷基因分布频率差异的原因,并探讨了相应的育种策略。 DNA was extracted from ear tissue and the genotypes for halothane were detected in three major introduced pig breeds in Jiangxi Province including 97 Durocs, 102 Landraces and 128 Large Yorkshires using PCR-RFLPs. The results showed as follows: no homozygous recessive genotype nn was detected. The genotype frequencies of homozygous NN and heterozygous Nn in the three examined breeds were 95.88%,97.06%,93.75%and 4.12% ,2.94%,6.25% respectively, while the gene frequencies of allele n in the three breeds were 2.06%, 1.47% and 3.13%respectively, which were significantly lower than those in other similar reports in various countries or districts. The reason for the difference of halothane gene distributive frequencies between breeds and regions together with relevant breeding strategy were also discussed.
