摘要
猪应激综合症(PSS)是由常染色体(6p12q22)座位上的氟烷基因决定。采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增一段含有突变位点的氟烷基因片段,经限制性内切酶酶切分析,鉴别出猪的3种氟烷基因型:阳性(nn),阴性(NN)和杂合子(Nn)
Porcine stress syndrome(PSS) is controlled by Halothane gene located on porcine chromosome 6p 12 q22. The diagnosis of the porcine Halothane genotypes was established by polymerase chain reaction(PCR). The Halothane gene fragment containing the mutation point was amplified and the PCR product was incubated with the restiction endonuclease HhaI, then the three Halothane genotypes(NN,Nn,nn) were detected.
