摘要
对市场上正在推广的4 种蚕室蚕具消毒药剂———消特灵、XDJ、SQLA、JQLA 的消毒效果和稳定性等部分特性作了调查分析研究。通过分散单体法对苏芸金杆菌芽孢和白僵分生孢子的杀灭效果、消毒液稳定性测试等试验,结果表明,消特灵消毒效果好,稳定性强。XDJ消毒能力与消特灵相当,稳定性略次,SQLA 消毒能力和稳定性都欠佳,JQLA 消毒效果最差,但稳定性最好。
Some properties of the current disinfectants for rearing tools and houses Xiaoteling, XDJ, SQLA and JQLA were examined. Stability detecting and the examination of germicidal efficacy for spores of Bacillus thuringiensis and Beauveria bassiana by suspension test were carried out. It was showed that Xiaoteling is the best in wide-spectrum effect and stability. XDJ was almost the same to Xiaoteling but its stability was not as good as that of Xiaoteling. SQLA was not as good as Xiaoteling and XDJ, JQLA was poor in effect but its stability was satisfied.
