摘要
利用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法对高压磨料水射流系统的喷嘴内外流场进行了两相流的数值模拟。比较分析了不同长径比的喷嘴对磨料和水的相对加速距离的影响。对于所得相对加速距离数据,应用SAS进行线性回归,并用Lingo对回归曲线进行优化,从而得到最优解,为喷枪的进一步设计和改造提供了理论依据。
Application of CFD in analysis of field flow in nozzle of two phase flow.Contrast Analysis on the diffient flow field in the nozzle with different rateio of length and radius.Analyse the data gained,and optimize it.The theory basis was offered for the further design and rebuilding of nozzle.
